I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...
left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.

d within 5 days of purchase, the reason why I want a refund is that they are not able to migrate my websites to their servers. I highly recommend not dealing with them at all, at the time of writing this review, I am at day 7 from the day of purchase. They even disabled the ability to request a service cancellation within the wHMCs client area. This is my conversation with the support, and I have screenshots for all of it, and also I have a screenshot of their FAQ page and policies...etc in case they change it: ___________________________ Me: Hi support, Please cancel my account and process the full refund of my order since we are still within the first 30 days of the order. Thanks ________ Them: Unfortunately, we had already proceeded with work (labor hours with transfer) on your account so we are unable to provide a refund. ___________ Me: I need a full refund, this is my right, I am not your prisoner, there is no value to the work if it does not go well and that's why there is a 30-day full refund policy. There is no such thing that the work has already proceeded. I do not need your service, and I wouldn't have purchased it if there were no 30 days money back. so, please proceed with the cancellation, I am assuming you are a reputable company and such companies do not treat their client this way cause they care about their name and reputation. ___________ Them: We had already provided a service to you (technical work/migration) which is nonrefundable. It's your decision for us to not complete it which does not mean we are not compensated for work already done. As a side note, cPanel is going to continue increasing licensing fees which will force all providers of cPanel to raise pricing over time. It's a wise decision to go with DirectAdmin, no matter which host you choose. Because we processed work at your request your request for a refund can not be processed. Your account will remain open for the duration of 1 year and we will still process a migration should you decide to in the future. ___________ Me: I cannot imagine a company's behavior like this, this is true stealing, it has been only a week now since my purchase, then why do you put a 30-day money-back guarantee?? I do not accept what you are saying and I need my full refund. it was my mistake coming to your company and trust you, I need to cancel this order and get my money back, it seems you are a one-person company and not a true company. and I assure you, building a reputable company for your future is not going to succeed by looking to the short term of gaining money, you are damaging your company's reputation by doing so, I never had such treatment before, I have ordered Hostgator before I came to you, and they did a full restoration of all of my account, only delaying in their reply for my ticket for some days what made me ask for a refund and they did a refund within 5 minutes, now I thought you are a company like all other companies.. but it seems it's a one-man show company that cares only for few dollars and not looking to the big picture. I am asking you to refund my money, this is my right, no matter what efforts you put into it, you could have asked me for an additional fee upfront for your work but you did not (just like other companies) and this is considered as a free service since it was not asked in the beginning, and since I am still in the first 30 days, I have the full rights to get my money back. So please proceed with that, I also had my time wasted here with very slow tickets work and updates, while the website it is stating 24/7 support, nothing is true so far, so refund my money to consider at least that this company does what its promise, thanks ___________ Them: Your request for a refund has been denied based on work already being done per your request. There's nothing more I can help you with regarding a refund. ___________ Me: my dear, there is no work that has been requesting for, you are doing nothing since the last time we chat about, don't try to play around the words, you are stealing my money, this is a fake company, you have stolen my money, I do not need your services.
