Extremely poor service and highly disappointing experience.
Within just one hour of installing WordPress with only basic plugins, the server became
... unstable and practically unusable. The hosting suffered from severe slowdowns, frequent downtime, and overall inaccessibility—despite minimal usage and no traffic load.
This clearly reflects a serious deficiency in service and raises concerns about the reliability of their infrastructure. The service delivered does not match what is advertised.
I have requested cancellation and a full refund. If not resolved promptly, I will proceed with formal legal action through the Consumer Forum India.
Would not recommend this provider to anyone.
