It could take forever to get a reply from a guy who does not know what he is doing. We lost 60% of our customers while staying there. Cancelling the service is a nightmare. They will not do it and your main domain will take forever to resolve to a new DNS because they refuse to delete your account and SOA records will keep pointing at their server. Really, what you are going to "save" it will become your most expensive single bad decision ever made. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF IRRESPONSIBLE beings. No phone service, only chat for sales and they hide. They give you the same canned response. Opening a ticket is a pain the the ***. They might respond whenever they feel like it.
